Pickups after 11am will incur a $15 daycare charge.
All medication administration is included and boarding guests receive priority booking with the in-house veterinarian if requested.

Call for rates and scheduling. Grooming visits are typically booked minimum two weeks ahead.
We’ll give your hound plenty of time to decompress between baths, brushings, and clippings. We believe in a relaxed, unhurried approach with plenty of rest, leaving your dog less stressed and feeling better at the end of the day.
Drop off before 9:00am and pick up after 2:30pm.

Does not stop your dog from shedding, but helps remove all the “dead” fur and loose undercoat that you usually find on your living room floor!
Includes bath with deshedding shampoo, coat conditioning with deshedding conditioner, two rounds of drying with a forced air dryer,
three rounds of brushing with deshedding tools, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Includes your choice of shampoo, conditioner, brushes, scrubbers, ear/eye cleaner, toothbrush, towels, high-velocity dryer, after-bath spray, apron, and nail clippers.

DIY Dog Wash: $12 per dog
When you have to be at work or a soccer game, but your furry friend needs to be on the other side of town, we’re there to help!
Taxi Home from HH (in Conway city limits): $15 per dog base rate plus $1 per mile (weekdays only)
Taxi to/from HH to vet, groomer, etc (in Conway city limits): $15 per dog flat rate (weekdays only)

For parents who add on webcam access, you’ll be given a password at check-in that can
be used below to view the play areas from 8:30-5:30 CST.
