After years of searching and working, we are so excited to have a second facility in our home city of Conway! Located at 31 Drillers Drive, this location is just three minutes from I-40, while still maintaining the seclusion and safety outside of main highways and heavy traffic. East Conway features 15,000 square feet indoors, and over 2 acres outdoors. It is truly a flagship facility and we can’t wait for you to see it!
Check in anytime on arrival day and start the playing early – it’s included!
All day play is included in all boarding stays on all days and until 11am on departure day.
Pickups after 11am will incur a $15 daycare charge.
All medication administration is included.

No matter the holiday, we work our tails off caring for LOTS of pets! Policies are different for peak seasons and holidays.

Individual Care suites include a doggy door with outside access, indoor rooms with TV’s, and individual care play areas both indoors and out (for those fetch and cuddle sessions with their favorite pack leader!) Individual Care pups receive two private play sessions per day. Space is limited and reservations are extremely encouraged.

If we know one thing, its that when cats make demands, you comply or else! That’s why we put them up on their rightful pedestal when designing our East Conway location, and we are so excited to now offer a premium cat boarding experience. In our cat corner you’ll find a large, secluded cat room with oversized, individual condos (with plenty of climbing shelves and hidey holes), cozy lounging and play areas, and central Arkansas’ first luxury CATIO! You have to see it to believe it!
As weird as it sounds to consider cat daycare, we do find that kitties have a more pleasant boarding stay and a fast transition if they come see us for a few hours on another day ahead of time! Cats are very sensitive to noise and smells, so giving them the opportunity to experience the environment for a short period of time can help them see that being at HH is a positive thing. Ask us about doing a trial day!
We are perhaps most well known for our obscenely adorable extras! There’s always a photo booth, birthday party, art project glam session, bedtime story, parade, or even a PTA meeting going on around here, and we live for it! We even have a yearbook! Being a client at Hounds Hideaway is more than just dropping off and picking up – it’s being part of a community of other crazy dog people like you!

Includes bath with your choice of shampoo, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning.

Doesn’t stop shedding, but gets rid of all the “dead” fur and excess undercoat you normally find on your living room floor!
Includes bath with deshedding shampoo, coat conditioning with deshedding conditioner, two rounds of drying with forced air dryers, and three rounds of brushing with deshedding tools, as well as nail trim and ear cleaning.
Includes your choice of shampoo, conditioner, brushes, scrubbers, ear/eye cleaner, toothbrush, towels, high-velocity dryer, after-bath spray, apron, and nail clippers.
