As the world begins to reopen, we are doing everything we can to add services and capacity back  to our offering, while exercising extreme caution. We remain committed to taking the best care of your pets possible and giving you the peace of mind you have come to expect when leaving your dog at HH.

DROP OFF + PICK UP Hours

Monday-Friday: 6:30am-6:30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8-10am & 3-5pm 

  • CURBSIDE: Call your location or text the Pack Phone upon arrival and we’ll come out and get your dog or bring your dog to you. We can also bring retail items like dog food and bully sticks (the cure for cabin fever!) out to you as well.
  • NO CASH: We are only accepting credit cards during this time. 
  • DIY WASH: Our DIY washes are closed to the public until further notice.
  • Pet Taxi: For the safety of our employees, pet taxi is not offered during this time.
  • CDC: We are following all the CDC guidelines (and then some) regarding cleaning and disinfecting, as well as social distancing.

Boarding Online Check-In

Check in online up to 24 hours before scheduled drop off time! This time restriction is in place to ensure we have the most RECENT and UP TO DATE instructions for how you would like for us to care for your pet.
Checkout Time is 11am on the last day of the reservation. Pets picked up after 11am are charged $15 for additional daycare time
(SUBJECT TO LOBBY HOURS – PLEASE REVIEW!).

Notes for the Groomer

In order to practice safe social distancing, parents with an upcoming grooming appointment can fill out this form if there are any special requests, add ons, concerns, or instructions the groomer needs to be aware of.
If you would like the groomer to CALL YOU to discuss, please include a phone number in the form below. At pickup, you can let us know curbside if you’d like to leave a tip for the groomer.
